Synopsis: While reading a newspaper account of several suspicious coal mine accidents, the Sub-Mariner finds out that the Nazis are behind the infiltration of organized labor at the Largo Bituminus Coal Company! He rescues a crew of strikebreakers who are about to be flooded out by the Nazis inside their coal mine, then turns his attention to apprehending the leader of the band of war effort saboteurs.

Story ends with a half-page, under which is an solicit to join Captain America's Sentinels of Liberty fan club.
